OUTSTANDING BUSINESS WOMAN OF YEAR

Tania Turner

Hi I’m Tania Turner, founder of the ‘Shine Beauty’ chain of salons (est.1999). Shine has grown over 17 years, won multiple business awards and today we have six luxury beauty spa salons located throughout South East Queensland. Our team of over forty employees deliver beauty services and products to more than 40,000 customers each year. I am a passionate, hands on owner and oversee a broad range of responsibilities; such as management of our senior team, human resources, product selection, treatment design, training, promotions, community work and many others vital areas. My staff make me smile when they refer to me ‘Mrs Shine’, whereas to my three beautiful children I’m happily just… mum.
