The day will feature a panel of health experts sitting on a couch (Oprah style!), answering questions and discussing topics raised by our facilitator, along with plenty of audience participation and Q&As.
This event will expose our members and the community to a panel of experts from the food, beauty and
fitness industries, who will share their tips for achieving optimum health and wellness. It’s all about you
taking time to reflect on your health and wellbeing. We would like our guests to be educated and well
informed by professionals in their field who can present a holistic approach.
