Small Business Mentoring Program 2013

This program is for you.

If you are a woman with a small business on the Sunshine Coast, this opportunity is for you! Grow your business under the guidance and support of some of the Coast’s most accomplished and inspiring business women by participating in the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network Mentoring Program.

The program takes women with young and growing businesses and matches them with high profile industry leaders who help fast-track their business growth. Now in its 8th year, the course has built a strong reputation in the business community for its formal yet flexible structure and relevant, timely support.

Through one-on-one sessions and structured workshops over four months, owners are encouraged to look at their businesses through fresh eyes. Topics covered include business planning, goal setting, financial planning, marketing, leadership and human resource management.

This program capped at 16 mentorees and 8 mentors.

Information for Mentorees

What to expect

Through one-on-one sessions and structured workshops over four months, you will be encouraged to look at your businesses through fresh eyes. You will be educated and mentored on the following topics:

• Business Planning
• Goal Setting
• Financial Planning
• Marketing
• Team Development and HR Management
• Leadership

You will have access to and be mentored by some of the most accomplished and successful Sunshine Coast business women, who are specialists in their field and who have donated their time, tools, knowledge and experience to support and develop you in your business.

Welcome and Program Outline: Thursday 18th April 2013 9.30 am - 11 am.

Program Dates: The program runs on the following Thursdays from 9am – 1.30pm: 2nd May, 30th May, 27th June and 25th July. The

Graduation Evening will be held on the 6th of August.

$800 for non members or join for $137.50 and pay members price
