Sandy Riba
Owner Manager
RibaKasteel Chartered Accountants

Sandy Riba is a qualified accountant who has worked in public practice for more than 20 years.

Managing her own accounting practice and making a significant contribution to small business locally, has been a major life-long business goal.

Sandy, with her business partner, launched RibaKasteel Chartered Accountants in Maroochydore five
years ago, determined to start an accountancy practice that could provide personal support and guidance to clients, changing their view of the relationship with their accountant.

Starting a business from scratch while raising two children requires courage and determination. Together with Sandy’s business partner, they created a successful business on a marketing spend of less than $500 in the first year. Sandy knows what makes a business successful, and is very pleased to share her knowledge to make a difference.

The firm grew quickly specialising in the medical and allied health, legal and professional services sectors. Sandy attributes this growth to their affordable fixed fee packages, and working closely with small business owners helping them overcome the challenges in their business, and coaching them on how to keep better control of their business finances.

Linda Ireland
Owner Manager
Mortgage Choice

Linda first joined Mortgage Choice in 2004 as a franchisee after being out of university for 1 year having completed her Bachelor of Business. She had been investing in property since she was 18 and has had a strong interest in property investment, property development, finance and business ever since.

Linda’s Mortgage Choice franchise was the fastest growing Mortgage Choice in history at the time of its opening and has been in the top 10 in Australia from its inception and is a multi-award winning business at an industry level.

In 2009 Linda started up a sister company, an administration support business with her husband that supports other brokers across Australia called Insight Processing. Insight Processing not only offers support to Mortgage Choice franchisees but other broker groups nationwide. Linda prides herself on being an advocate for the entire broker community and the importance that the broker role plays.

In 2013 Linda expanded the Insight business to a licensee model which now supports a large community of women that are able to work from home and drive very successful, flexible businesses across Australia and an even larger broker community that use their services.

Due to Matt and Linda’s strengths in systems and processes they developed a software program that their head broker group, Mortgage Choice Pty Ltd purchased back in 2014. Their software and systems are now integrated in to the Mortgage Choice Franchise model.

This journey hasn’t been without it’s challenges and steep learning curves but Linda attributes her success to a strong commitment to her industry and the people she works for and with.

Tim Eldridge
Eldridge Marketing Pty Ltd

Tim helps businesses design their narratives.

A well-designed narrative makes it easier for executives to create sales and marketing tools to build their brands and businesses. It also gives employees more clarity about what they are there to do and guides CEO’s on their approach to public speaking. If you lead a business that is having difficulty getting its message across, or your story needs a tune-up, Tim can help.

The people who develop logos, websites, advertising, social media support, exhibition stands, collateral materials and other marketing tools love clients with a clear and compelling story to tell. If you are one of these talented people and your client doesn’t have a clear and compelling story, Tim may be of some help to you too.

Tim has a holistic view of Business Narrative Design™. He doesn’t just think about the value propositions for products and services – his ten-point ‘Topic Planner’ helps business leaders map, align and integrate all of the chapters in their firm’s story from manifesto to messaging and beyond.
