Kim McCosker; Owner, 4 Ingredients Enterprises
Kim McCosker is the owner of 4 Ingredients, the biggest selling self-published cookbooks in Australian publishing history. 4 Ingredients was founded by Kim and lifelong friend Rachael Bermingham, in 2007. In May 2011, Kim’s family purchased Rachael’s fifty percent share of the business.
4 Ingredients started as a cookbook with the same title. It was self-published in March 2007. Its phenomenal popularity has spawned 7 further cookbooks, TVShows, DVD’s, Cookware ranges, iApps, endorsements, International publishing and production deals, and a rapidly growing online database. From inception, Kim has been the managing partner responsible for development and management of the growth of the business, whilst still creating content. Originally Kim ran the business and its staff from her house, but in May 2010, due to its continued growth, leased a commercial office in Caloundra and moved global headquarters there. 4 Ingredients has built its successful brand on saving busy people around the world time and money in the kitchen.

Carolyn Thomson; General Manager, Kadoe Commercial Coatings
Carolyn is the General Manager of Kadoe Commercial Coatings installers of waterproofing, epoxy flooring and polished concrete on commercial projects, and is responsible for strategic planning and management day to day.
Carolyn left school at 17 without finishing her final year to work in a legal practice, designed and exported knitwear to Japan at 26, and accommodation developer and operator at 37. She was the President of the inaugural committee for the reinvention of Pelican
Waters Carols by Candlelight at CCPS, and is currently working with Deborah De William of Running Pink, raising money for breast cancer research. Carolyn is very passionate about the Sunshine Coast's economic sustainability for our children's' future.

Dena Dillon is the founding director of Piper Digital Marketing. Although a mere 4 years old it is recognised as one of Australia’s leading Digital Marketing Agencies. Piper has developed and managed digital campaigns and web development projects for iconic brands such as Bentley, Ferrari & Lotus; public companies like Australian Power & Gas; some of Australia's largest property developers; well-known fashion brands, as well as many small businesses here on the sunshine coast. The company has offices in Australia, Asia, and will
launch in the U.S. later this year. Piper is also the digital partner and supplier to many major advertising agencies and media companies, and will launch their small business product this month. Dena has a Bachelor of Business and has been in digital marketing for 11 years. She regularly speaks, and was selected to mentor business students at QUT. She and her partner live at Doonan with their dog. She has promised her mother grand children in the near future.

Vickie Magic purchased Business Matters Magazine in January of 2010, having worked the previous 10 years in the advertising world, in both radio and print media. She absolutely loves the advertising industry. The thing that Vickie loves the most about Business Matters Magazine is that she is able to really make a difference on the Sunshine Coast by helping local business grow. She is doing that through asking business what they need, what they want to be educated on, what they would like to be motivated about, and what local people would they like to read aspiring articles about and then giving them exactly those things. So far this approach seems to be working well
because the feedback that the Magazine is getting has been amazing. She really enjoys sitting down with a potential advertiser and working out with them what is going to make them famous. Vickie says “It’s so much fun”.
