The Sunshine Coast Business Women's Network (SCBWN) has recently undertaken a full review of our Constitution to ensure it continues to reflect our values, support good governance, and position us strongly for the future.

A proposed new Constitution will be presented for member approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) - 10th June 2025.

As part of our commitment to transparency and compliance with the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (QLD), the proposed Constitution will be made available to all members at least 14 days prior to the AGM.

What’s Next?

• The full proposed Constitution will be published here on this page on or before 26^th of May, 2025.
• Members will have the opportunity to review the document before voting at the AGM
• Voting will take place as part of the formal AGM proceedings
