Our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held during the June Breakfast meeting

6:45am – 8:30am on Tuesday 10th June 2025 at Alex Surf Club, 167 Alexandra Parade, Alexandra Headland QLD 4572.

The business to be conducted at the AGM is:

1. the presentation of President report on years activities and Treasurers financial and auditor reports,
   
2. the election of the 2025/26 Management Committee, and
3. the appointment of an Auditor for the 2025/26 year.

A list of candidates’ names for incoming management committee with the proposers’ and seconders’ names will be released two weeks prior to AGM. If you would like to nominate to join this team please provide an expression of interest to the President along with an appropriate nomination form to Jaymee Morrison via secretary@scbwn.org.au prior to 20th May 2025.
