ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held during the June Breakfast meeting
6:45am – 8:30am on 11th June 2024 at The Bower Tree, 10 Courage St, Sippy Downs QLD 4556.
The business to be conducted at the AGM is:
- the presentation of President report on years activities and Treasurers financial and auditor reports,
- the election of the 2024/25 Management Committee, and
- the appointment of an Auditor for the 2024/25 year.
A list of candidates’ names for incoming management committee with the proposers’ and seconders’ names will be released two weeks prior to AGM. If you would like to nominate to join this team please provide an expression of interest to the President along with an appropriate nomination form to Jaymee Morrison via secretary@scbwn.org.au prior to 26th May 2024.
