One week before we were asked to stay home, we held our International Women Day event in the world class USC Stadium with the absolutely amazing Sunshine Coast Lightning.  As a follow-up to this much loved and talked about event, we welcome back to our (virtual) stage, Sunshine Coast Lightning Head Coach, Kylee Byrne. 

Like the rest of us, Kylee has had to question everything she has known to be true about leadership and getting the best out of a premiership team, and do it from afar!  She has had to overcome all the same challenges that we have had to within our businesses and with the return to face to face training on the horizon, she is having to ask herself what type of leader does she need to be to regroup and recharge her team to deliver the results expected of them.  Will her team reconnect easily, and what role can she play in making that happen?
