Created to give you access to subject matter experts, these e-vents are a hands-on workshop to support your continued professional development.
This is your chance to take a helicopter view of your business and ask the big questions about your long term strategy and the market you operate in (or wish to operate in).
You will need to bring your notebook and pen to this Leverage and Learn as John will raise questions for you to explore about your own business, and by providing examples of what he has experienced in the past, you will be able to dig deep and define your future.
John will explore how you have attracted customers so far, what has and hasn’t worked in advertising, what is happening in your industry, who are your competitors. He will also guide you as you undertake a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) to understand where your business fits into the market to define your point of difference, your customer, and your positioning statement.
This will be an interactive session designed to open your mind and position you for the future.
Whether you are about to start a business, are struggling to understand your market fit or are looking to redefine your business on a road to COVID recovery, this session is a must see for all.
