Are you feeling uncertain about your future? Are you unsure which way to turn? Do you read news articles and wonder what that means for you? Are you awake at 2am in the morning wondering what your next steps are?

On Tuesday 9th June at 7.30am, we have the great privilege of our Federal Member for Fairfax, Ted O'Brien MP, joining us to provide the very latest in COVID-19 updates from a government perspective, but also drawing on more than 20 years' experience in business leadership and strategy.  Ted has a reputation for getting things done and has vast experience in international markets.  There is no-one better placed than Ted O'Brien to provide insights and action items for Sunshine Coast small business to set them on the road to recovery, and to understand how the world's impacts will affect us locally.

COVID-19 has placed many of us in situations we could never have predicted and have never experienced before.  By drawing on the knowledge and skillset of Ted, SCBWN is aiming to provide direction and confidence to our business leaders through this Wake up with SCBWN e-vent.

Ted originates from a big family and is one of nine children.  He started his career in his family business and went on to hold senior leadership roles in small business and multinationals here in Australia and abroad. He is passionate about the Sunshine Coast community and leading us through this time of great stress for many.  Ted's aim is to help individuals and communities realise their potential by taking control of their own future.

So if you are ready to take control of your future, register now to receive the e-vent link straight into your inbox.

So that Ted can prepare to answer your questions accurately, if you would like to submit a question for Ted to research and answer, please email coordinator@scbwn.org.au by Friday 5th June.
